Since 1988, Minton Homes, LLC and Minton Development, Inc. have served the Saint Louis market by developing magnificent homes and promising a pleasurable homebuilding experience.

To ensure each of our valued clients receive only the highest level of personal service, we only build a handful of homes each year. Examples of our work can be found in Saint Louis areas including Clayton, Ladue, Webster Groves, Huntleigh and Frontenac. These homes are as diverse as our clientele with all sizes, costs and architectural styles represented.
