Webster Groves home – 9,560 SQ FT

This project took 24 months to complete from start to finish. Styled like a cabin you would find in the mountains, this house has everything from rustic interior beams to warm plaster walls. The stone walls in the Entry Foyer gives you the rugged sense of mountain living. At the end of the day Minton Homes has another happy customer.

Ladue home – 28,000 SQ FT

The biggest project Minton Homes has completed to date, took 28 months. Modeled after the historic Westbury House on Long Island, this is an English style home. Complete with all the bedrooms on the second floor, a number of baths, study, billiards and game room, this house has something for everyone. The pool area, with pool house, makes it a great place to throw a party.
